What's THAT Smell? Discover Your Ideal Candle Scent

If only smellivision existed, this choice would be much easier. If you're not sure on where to begin or what scent to go with, start here...

If masculine, earthy, warming scents are your thing and you enjoy the great outdoors - then we would recommend 'Inglenook'. This is a strong, smokey, woodsy scent with some green birch notes to provide an earthy balance and lift the scent a little. If you can imagine sitting beside an open fire, in a cosy pub, with a nice pint of the black stuff…then you can imagine the smell of Inglenook. 

If masculine scents are your worst nightmare, and you're more into watching chick flicks with your best friends... then the feminine, floral and subtly sweet 'Lit Girl' would be a match made in heaven! I personally have a soft spot for this scent and burn it at home quite a lot. For me, it’s just the right amount of light, white florals with creamy vanilla and a dash of spicy peppercorn.  The vanilla in this scent isn’t your typically super sweet and synthetic smell… its more like a creme brûlée vanilla cream scent. Gorgeous!

Maybe you're into more fresh, zen, spa-like scents? Well in that case, we would recommend 'Boheme' to give your home that luxury spa vibe. This is an all-round beautiful scent with Bergamot and Patchouli playing the main characters. Bergamot is a vibrant, fresh and almost citrus-like scent. Whereas patchouli has more of an earthy, musky tone without being heavy. These two scents together make a lovely for a really refined and balanced scent. There’s very little to not like about 'Boheme' and we have found it's a real crowd pleaser! 

Do you like the finer things in life? Or maybe you know someone who appreciates fine dining and expensive labels? In that case, you’re probably more inclined to enjoy complex, bold and sophisticated scents. For the discerning scent customer, we recommend 'Bougie'. 

This candle features a complex build of floral, fresh and sweet. With vanilla, lemon, a dash of juniper and finally, the perfumers darling, orange blossom! We say orange blossom is the perfumers darling, because it really is such a complex and beautiful floral. This isn’t your granny’s lily of the valley scent. No, no. Orange blossom gives this scent a really luxurious, refined and modern note. Just beautiful!
