Returns
We hope you will love your Inniscent candle, but if not, please reach out to us and we will try our best to rectify the situation.
If you still require a refund, you can do so within 21 days of receiving your candle. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@theinniscentcandle.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and within its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for shipping / postage costs for returning orders. These costs must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable by The Inniscent candle.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We cannot return candles that have been used.
Refunds
Once we have received your return we will inspect the item(s) and notify you if your return has been approved within 3 working days. Once the return has been approved we will initiate return of funds to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
